Rewards Policy
Loco Private Limited ("We") operates the Loco application ("Loco","Service") as a free-to-use application a free-to-use mobile application, along with the website at loco.com, which is provided to users ("You") at no cost and is intended for use as-is. This page is used to inform app and website visitors regarding our policies in relation to the rules, terms and conditions that govern Loco rewards ("Terms and Conditions"). If You choose to use our Service, then you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions in accordance with this policy. Loco has general rules and restrictions regarding the redemption of its rewards, in addition to which individual rewards have their own restrictions for redemption and Terms and Conditions imposed by the respective partners/ merchants/ vendors issuing the reward ("Redemption Restrictions"). You hereby agree to abide by all of these. The terms used in this Rewards Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use, which are accessible at the Loco application and website, unless otherwise defined in this Rewards Policy.
OVERVIEW
Loco's rewards are limited-term promotional offers, available to users based on their Loco Gold wallet balance. New rewards may be added to the platform from time to time, and existing rewards may be removed from the platform which will be at Loco's sole discretion. The types and numbers of rewards available are subject to change at any time, at Loco's discretion and/ or based on terms and conditions from partners/ merchants/ vendors by whom the rewards are issued. Each individual reward comes with its own Terms and Conditions as per Loco and the partner/ merchant/ vendor who issues the reward. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DENY ANY LIABILITIES IN RELATION TO, (A) ENSURING RECEIPT OF THE SPONSORED GIVEAWAY BY THE USER, (B) ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES INCURRED OR SUFFERED BY THE USER THROUGH USING THE SPONSORED GIVEAWAY, (C) ANY DEFECT OR DAMAGE, INHERENT, OR OTHERWISE EFFECTED DURING THE TRANSPORTATION OF THE SPONSORED GIVEAWAY TO THE USER, (D) ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, USE OR FUNCTIONALITY, AND NON – INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS (INCLUDING THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS), AND (E) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, SUITS, PENALTIES, DAMAGES AND LEVIES ARISING FROM THE SPONSORED GIVEAWAYS. In the event of any dispute or complaints in relation to the sponsored giveaways, the user shall approach the sponsoring entity directly and shall not approach the company for any resolution in this regard.
ELIGIBILITY
Only those Loco users who have verified their information in accordance with terms of Loco platform can avail of the rewards under this Rewards Policy.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS ON REDEMPTION
Loco may impose limits on the redemption of rewards within a defined period, calculated cumulatively. Once a user reaches the set redemption threshold within such a period, further redemptions may be restricted until the period resets, as determined by the Loco's policies.
Loco may also implement a maximum number of reward redemptions allowed within a specific timeframe. Users exceeding this threshold may experience restrictions until the timeframe resets, as per Loco's discretion.
Loco may deem a redemption void, and/ or stop you from redeeming any reward if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to the Terms and Conditions and the Redemption Restrictions or are abusing the offers in any way (including, but not limited to, setting up accounts with multiple email addresses or if you provide false information during sign up).
Strict action will be taken against any Loco user found to be engaging in fraudulent activity to circumvent the condition laid out above. Such users will be banned from the Loco platform. In addition, they may be subject to legal action as per the applicable laws.
Loco may also implement a maximum number of reward redemptions allowed within a specific timeframe. Users exceeding this threshold may experience restrictions until the timeframe resets, as per Loco's discretion.

RESTRICTIONS ON REDEMPTION FOR INDIVIDUAL REWARDS
Individual rewards have their own restrictions for the purpose of redemption:
a) if a user redeems Reward A, they will not be able to again redeem that same reward for a specified period of time;
b) there may also be restrictions placed on the same user redeeming another reward (Reward B) that is issued by the same partner/ merchant/ vendor (issuer of Reward A), even if the two rewards are different from each other; and
c) Loco may also place restrictions on the same user redeeming two similar rewards, even if they are issued by different partners/ merchants/ vendors. For instance, if there are 3 types of "mobile recharge" rewards available on the platform, Loco may decide to allow users to redeem only 1 reward of the "mobile recharge" type in a specified period. In this case, if a user redeems the reward Mobile Recharge Reward 1, they will not be able to also redeem the rewards Mobile Recharge Reward 2 or Mobile Recharge Reward 3 in the specified period.
Restrictions as mentioned above are absolute and decided at Loco's sole discretion.
The specified periods as mentioned above are part of the Terms and Conditions associated with each reward. Please refer to Appendix A ("Terms and Conditions for Individual Rewards") in order to view the Redemption Restrictions, rules, and Terms and Conditions for each individual reward, if any.

METHOD OF REDEMPTION
All rewards are redeemable against Gold debited from a user's Loco wallet.
The Gold cost of each reward is determined by Loco and may change from time to time.
In case of a redemption failure, the Gold debited from a user's Loco wallet will be automatically credited back to the user's wallet within 72 hours. In the event that this does not happen, users are advised to contact support to resolve the issue.

CHANGES TO THIS REWARDS POLICY
We may update this Rewards Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Rewards Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
