How do you redeem rewards?
Rewards can be earned by completing quests or purchased using Loco Gold, Loco's in-app currency.
There is a redemption limit within a set time period. Once you reach this limit, you must wait before redeeming more rewards.
The types and availability of rewards may change at any time at Loco's discretion or due to partner/vendor policies.
Each reward has its own terms & conditions, which users must review before redeeming. Please refer Appendix A of the Rewards Policy for specific terms & conditions applicable to the rewards.

How to earn Loco Gold?
Loco Gold is primarily earned by completing quests. You also receive bonus Gold upon signing up.
Loco may introduce new ways to earn Gold over time.
Gold must be used within 14 days of credit, or it will expire.

Are rewards available in all countries?
Some rewards may not be available in certain countries due to compliance and regulatory restrictions. Currently, rewards are only available in Brazil.
Anti-fraud policy
Loco reserves the right to void redemptions and/or restrict access to rewards if we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that a user is indulging in fraudulent activity such as creating multiple accounts to claim extra rewards or providing false information during sign-up.
Users engaging in fraudulent activities will face immediate suspension from the Loco platform and may be subject to legal action under applicable laws.

Can you transfer your Loco Gold or rewards to someone else?
No, Loco Gold and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that earned them.
Can you exchange Loco Gold for real money?
No, Loco Gold has no cash value and cannot be converted into real currency. It can only be used to redeem in-app rewards.
What happens if your redemption fails?
If a reward redemption fails, the deducted Loco Gold will be credited back to your wallet within 72 hours.
